Shipping FAQ

How long does it take to process your order?

Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order.  We make every effort to process orders quickly, but please understand we are a small business to peak holiday times processing could take a little longer.

If the item you choose is on back-order, we will contact you to advise if the processing time will be longer than 1-2 days.

Personalised/Custom/Commissioned items are made to order.  We will contact you to advise you of the anticipated processing time for us to hand-make your item and prepare for shipping.

 

What about shipping?

We ship our Threaded With Love From Home hand-made products to anywhere in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail 1st Class.  Estimated delivery by Royal Mail for first class packages is 2-5 days (after processing described above).  We charge a flat rate STANDARD shipping fee to anywhere in the UK of £5.99

We will also ship to the United States of America and European countries for a flat rate STANDARD fee of $15.99.  Shipping timescales are subject to the available carriers at that time.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of an item outside of  the United Kingdom.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country.  Threaded With Love From Home is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and as such they are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Expedited Shipping

Should you have an urgent need to receive your purchase quickly, please use the CONTACT US form and we will be happy to calculate an expedited shipping fee to your location.

 

Damage in Transit

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at zparry3068@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
